Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eCheck through PayPal.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually ship in 1-3 business days once we receive your payment (eChecks will be shipped once payment has cleared, 3-4 business days for US orders and 7-9 business days for International orders). If you need an order shipped overnight, please contact us to see when your order will ship and an estimated delivery date, otherwise we will ship your order out via "overnight" in 1-3 business days. Wholesale orders may take up to 5 business days. Wholesale customers can email us to see when your order will ship.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not offer refunds, we're happy to offer an exchange for any unopened items that you are not completely satisfied with. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. Please contact us for our return address. Items returned must be unopened and unused, if stamps have been opened they can not be returned. Sorry, we do not offer a shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us for information on getting a replacement.

Q. How can I exchange an item?
A. Please contact us for our return address and let us know what item(s) you want to exchanges and what new item(s) you want us to send you. We will send you a PayPal invoice once we receive your item and will ship out your exchange once a reshipping fee has been paid.

Q. Who creates your artwork?
A. All our artwork is created by Holly Jones. Holly worked as an Illustrator for a major Rubber Stamp company for about 6 years. (Which is why her artwork may look familiar to many.) Although she enjoyed that job, she quit just over 3 years ago to stay home with her kids. At that time she created a Vinyl Wall Art Company. Holly missed working in the scrapbook industry, so she, along with her husband created My Cute Stamps in November of 2008.

Q. Do you donate products to charities?
A: Yes, however we are still a new and small company. We get several donation requests per day and can not possibly help each one. We regret that we are unable to help everyone who puts in a request. We will reveiw each request carefully. We will only be able to respond to the charities that we are able to help.
